Join Indonesia Bakery Family as a Warehouse Staff in Tulungagung, East Java. This full-time role supports our bakery operations by ensuring accurate inventory, timely data entry, and reliable stock reporting for production and dispatch. You will be a critical link between procurement, production, and logistics, helping us maintain fresh products and on-time delivery to customers.
As part of our warehouse team, you will handle receiving and storing bakery ingredients and packaging, recording stock movements, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Responsibility
- Input and record all inbound and outbound goods to ensure accurate inventory levels across the warehouse.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for production and logistics teams.
- Perform regular cycle counts, investigate variances, and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Update inventory records in the ERP or Excel-based system and generate timely movement reports.
- Assist with warehouse operations including goods receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper FIFO storage, accurate labeling, safe storage practices, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics to fulfill orders on time and minimize stockouts.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
- Accurate data entry skills and basic computer literacy (MS Excel or equivalent).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment, demonstrate teamwork, and take initiative.
- Physical ability to perform light lifting and stand for extended periods; willingness to work shifts.
- Good communication skills and reliability; fluency in Indonesian; basic English is a plus.
