Responsibility

  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management and production teams.
  • Coordinate with procurement and production to reconcile discrepancies and ensure timely goods receipt.
  • Assist with receiving, labeling, storing, and organizing inventory for efficient access.
  • Support order fulfillment, packaging, and loading/unloading as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse with adherence to hygiene standards.
  • Document processes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors and improve efficiency.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse or inventory experience is a plus.
  • Proficient data entry skills and basic computer literacy (MS Excel or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording stock movements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Team player with good communication and problem-solving abilities.
