Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of materials
- Ensure accurate inventory management and timely documentation
- Maintain high standards for warehouse health, safety, and cleanliness
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
- Implement efficient storage, retrieval, and distribution systems
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics processes
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities and performance
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of inventory control and warehouse management systems
- Proficient in using ERP and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
