Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the Clinical Intake team, ensuring efficient, accurate patient onboarding and triage for mental health services.
- Design, implement, and optimize intake workflowsâreducing wait times and improving first-contact resolution.
- Manage people operations including recruitment, performance management, coaching, scheduling, and staff development.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, privacy, and data accuracy across intake and care coordination processes.
- Partner with clinicians and care coordinators to align intake with clinical pathways and resource availability.
- Monitor key metrics such as volume, wait times, conversion rates, and patient satisfaction to drive improvements.
- Lead change management initiatives and remote team engagement to sustain high performance.
- Provide escalation support and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in nursing, medicine, health sciences, or a related clinical field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum X years of experience in clinical intake, care coordination, or healthcare operations with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven leadership and people-management skills with a track record of building high-performing remote teams.
- Strong communication, empathy, and ability to manage sensitive patient information in a compliant environment.
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems, healthcare software, and data privacy standards.
- Knowledge of mental health care processes and patient access workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with flexible hours and strong self-motivation.
- Knowledge of Philippine healthcare regulations and privacy laws is a plus.
