Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise the Clinical Intake team, ensuring efficient, accurate patient onboarding and triage for mental health services.
  • Design, implement, and optimize intake workflows—reducing wait times and improving first-contact resolution.
  • Manage people operations including recruitment, performance management, coaching, scheduling, and staff development.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, privacy, and data accuracy across intake and care coordination processes.
  • Partner with clinicians and care coordinators to align intake with clinical pathways and resource availability.
  • Monitor key metrics such as volume, wait times, conversion rates, and patient satisfaction to drive improvements.
  • Lead change management initiatives and remote team engagement to sustain high performance.
  • Provide escalation support and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, medicine, health sciences, or a related clinical field; an advanced degree is a plus.
