Job description
Join a leading Global Delivery Center as a Workday HCM Senior Principal Consultant and shape global HR transformations for enterprise clients. This role bridges business and technical teams, translating complex HR processes into scalable Workday solutions and delivering high-impact results from a vibrant delivery hub in Manila.
As a Senior Principal Consultant, you will own the end-to-end Workday HCM implementation lifecycle—discovery, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation optimization—while guiding a global team across time zones. You will provide deep expertise in Workday HCM modules, lead integrations and data conversion efforts, ensure security governance, and champion best practices for delivery excellence.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to map HR processes, configure Workday accordingly, and drive system readiness across multiple global deployments. You will mentor junior consultants, contribute to knowledge management, and continuously improve delivery methods within the Global Delivery Center. The position offers opportunities to influence large-scale HR programs and to advance your career in a dynamic, multinational environment.
You will leverage your expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, and reporting to design and deliver robust integrations and actionable HR insights. You will stay current with Workday releases and participate in release governance to ensure client success and minimal business disruption.
We value collaboration, inclusivity, and a strong client-service mindset. If you're a strategic thinker who leads with integrity and thrives in a fast-paced global center, this is the role for you.
