As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a curated program designed to build a strong foundation in front-of-house operations, guest engagement, and service standards. You’ll learn every step of the guest journey, from reception and seating to beverage preparation, order pacing, and premium service execution. You will practice upselling techniques to showcase signature items while maintaining impeccable service quality. The curriculum includes hands-on practice, mentorship from senior supervisors, and opportunities to take on leadership tasks as you progress.
What you will do day-to-day includes supporting cafe operations, ensuring guest needs are anticipated and met with a friendly, professional demeanor. You will maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, handle POS transactions accurately, and uphold safety and hygiene guidelines in line with regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver a flawless dining experience for each guest, from first greeting to final farewell.

Responsibility
- Provide warm and proactive guest service in cafe and fine dining settings
- Assist with daily operations, seatings, taking orders, beverage service, and POS transactions
- Support the management trainee program by learning service standards, upselling, and guest engagement
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, counters, and stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines and brand standards
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with inventory checks, replenishment, and basic opening/closing tasks
Qualification
- 0-2 years in F&B or retail; fresh graduates welcome
- Passion for hospitality with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to shifts
- Basic math, cash handling, and POS experience is a plus
- Team player who is reliable, punctual, and proactive
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and guest-centric mindset
- Eligible to work in Singapore
