Elite Sports Academy is seeking a dynamic and passionate Youth Soccer Coach to join our high-performing coaching team in Los Angeles. Responsibility
- Design and conduct age-appropriate training sessions focusing on technical, tactical, and physical development.
- Lead team practices and coach youth soccer matches in local and regional leagues.
- Mentor and motivate players to build confidence and encourage positive sportsmanship.
- Maintain clear communication with players, parents, and academy staff.
- Assess individual and team progress, providing actionable feedback for improvement.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and fun atmosphere for all participants.
- Assist with player recruitment and talent identification initiatives.
- Stay informed on the latest coaching methods and engage in ongoing professional development.
Qualification
- Minimum of a USSF C License or equivalent coaching certification.
- At least 2 years’ experience coaching youth soccer teams (ages 8-16).
- Strong understanding of player development principles and proven leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to pass a background check and adhere to safeguarding policies.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in sports science, education, or related field is a plus.
