Responsibility
- Design and execute engaging, age-appropriate soccer training sessions
- Mentor and motivate young athletes to maximize potential and foster confidence
- Monitor player progress; provide constructive feedback and development plans
- Coordinate schedules for practices, games, and tournaments
- Communicate regularly with parents and staff regarding athlete progress
- Promote safety, inclusion, and positive team culture at all times
- Stay updated on coaching methodologies and sports science best practices
- Represent Pioneer Sports Academy with professionalism at community events
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field preferred
- USSF or equivalent soccer coaching license (minimum D level)
- 2+ years of experience coaching youth soccer teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive, energetic, and patient demeanor
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Certified in First Aid/CPR
- Background check required
