As the Marketing Admin Analyst, you will help plan, execute, and optimize customer campaigns, ensuring data accuracy, on-time delivery, and adherence to brand standards. Responsibility

  • Coordinate end-to-end administrative support for customer marketing campaigns, from brief to execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and customer segmentation for lifecycle programs.
  • Assist with asset coordination, copy proofing, and campaign scheduling across email, social, and web channels.
  • Prepare and distribute performance reports, dashboards, and insights to stakeholders on a regular cadence.
  • Support budget tracking, vendor communications, and calendar management for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Content, Sales) to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.

Qualification

  • 2+ years in marketing administration, campaign support, or lifecycle marketing; fresh graduates considered with strong commitment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and data entry; experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
