Responsibility
- Deliver warm, professional service to luxury clientele in a boutique setting.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Present, demonstrate, and explain product features and care guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately using POS, handle payments and returns.
- Maintain boutique standards including cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock accuracy.

- Collaborate with team on stock replenishment, events, and store operations to achieve sales targets.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or luxury brand experience is a plus.
