As a Part-Time Retail Associate, you will be the face of Cotton On, helping customers find the perfect outfits, answering questions, and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment. You’ll work with a supportive team, receive ongoing training, and have opportunities to grow within the organization as you gain experience in fashion retail. Your enthusiasm for fashion, focus on guest satisfaction, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will help drive sales and ensure customers leave the store smiling.

Responsibility
- Greet customers, assess needs and provide friendly, personalized service
- Assist customers with product selection, styling advice and fashion recommendations
- Operate the point-of-sale system, handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean and well-stocked with attractive product displays
- Support visual merchandising and in-store promotions to drive sales
- Process returns and exchanges in a courteous and efficient manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive shopping environment
Qualification
- Eligible to work in Malaysia
- Previous retail or customer-service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, reliability and a customer-first mindset
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills
- Interest in fashion and a willingness to learn about products and trends
