We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 2,600 to SGD 3,900 per month, plus performance-based incentives. Responsibility
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and in-depth product demonstrations for skincare, makeup, fragrance, and beauty tools.
- Deliver personalized consultations, recommend suitable products, and upsell where appropriate to meet sales targets.
- Maintain brand standards, product displays, and store cleanliness to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle basic cash handling with integrity.
- Collaborate with store teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and upcoming launches through ongoing training.
- Collect customer feedback, build a client base, and follow up to foster loyalty.
Qualification
- Prior experience in beauty retail or beauty counter is preferred, especially in skincare or makeup.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, multitask, and adapt quickly.
- Basic shelving, inventory management, and POS/cash handling skills.
- Willingness to work a 5-day work week, including weekends or holidays as required.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work well within a team.
