Responsibility
- Operate the cash register and handle all payment transactions accurately.
- Greet and assist customers with their purchases and enquiries in a courteous manner.
- Restock shelves and ensure all products are properly displayed and priced.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in receiving and unpacking stock deliveries.
- Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures as required.
- Address customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth minimart operations.
Qualification
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems efficiently.
