Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and manage research projects aligned with institute priorities.
- Design and implement experiments; manage data collection and quality control.
- Analyze data using statistical methods; interpret results and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and supervise junior researchers.
- Prepare manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals and present findings at conferences.
- Assist with grant proposals, progress reports, and funding applications.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, data governance, and institutional policies.
Qualification
- PhD in biology, neuroscience, computational science, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent research experience.
- Demonstrated track record of independent research with peer-reviewed publications.
- Proficiency in Python, R, MATLAB, SQL, or similar data analysis tools.
- Experience with experimental design, statistical analysis, and data management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write grant proposals and manuscripts.
- Strong collaboration and mentorship skills; ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety, ethics, and compliance standards.
