Responsibility
- Lead and oversee research projects from hypothesis formulation through data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Design rigorous experimental methodologies and ensure reproducibility, transparency, and data integrity.
- Analyze complex datasets using statistical and computational techniques; extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop innovative research directions and grant proposals.
- Prepare high-quality manuscripts for submission to peer-reviewed journals and present findings at conferences.
- Mentor graduate students and research staff; contribute to the supervision and training program.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize research impact and dissemination.
Qualification
- PhD in a relevant field (e.g., data science, biology, psychology, engineering) or equivalent research experience.
- Strong background in experimental design, statistics, and data interpretation.
- Proficiency in Python and R; experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., ggplot, Plotly).
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations.
- Experience with grant writing and managing research projects and budgets.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
