Responsibility
- Drive outbound sales activities to identify and secure new business opportunities for shipping container sales
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and post-sale follow-up
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
- Maintain thorough knowledge of shipping container types, pricing, and availability
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM systems
Qualification
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or related customer-facing role, ideally within logistics or container sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, especially in remote work settings
- Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a commitment to outstanding customer service
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools is an advantage
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field preferred
