Responsibility
- Greet visitors and answer phones with a professional, friendly demeanor, and manage the front desk to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and prepare materials for internal teams.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and supplier communications, maintaining an organized inbox.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and help process invoices when needed.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support teams with travel arrangements, office supply orders, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualification
- Diploma or equivalent in business administration, office management, or related field; or proven relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of admin experience; fresh graduates with internships welcomed.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Malay language is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; proactive and reliable attitude.

- Basic data entry and records management with a focus on accuracy.
