Responsibility
- Provide proactive executive support to the CEO and leadership team, anticipating needs and prioritizing tasks to keep executives focused on strategic priorities.
- Manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, and arrange complex travel itineraries with attention to detail.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential correspondence and information with discretion and professional judgment.
- Coordinate cross functional communications across departments and with clients and partners.
- Support special projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives to drive efficiency.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, CRM updates, and data integrity.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professional discretion
- Strong problem solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Team oriented, reliable, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities
