Responsibility
- Manage and optimize social media profiles and schedule posts using approved calendars.
- Assist in content creation, editing and publishing across blogs, landing pages and social channels.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to define campaign goals and timelines.
- Track marketing metrics, prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, and provide insights for optimization.
- Set up and monitor email marketing campaigns, newsletters and automation flows.
- Conduct basic keyword and competitive research to inform content and SEO efforts.
- Maintain and update CRM and project management tools, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow ups.
Qualification
- 1+ year experience in digital marketing, virtual assistance, or related roles; remote work experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to craft clear messages for global clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Workspace, analytics basics, social media platforms and content calendars.
- Tech savvy, curious, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for full time remote work.
