Responsibility

  • Handle daily administrative tasks including document filing, data entry, and record keeping to support sales and operations.
  • Assist with contract preparation, review, and management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide sales support such as generating quotes, processing orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.

Qualification
