Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support the team and ensure smooth office operations
- Handle document preparation, data entry, filing, and records management with accuracy
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel arrangements as needed
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely, professional manner, and support customer service
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with onboarding, HR administrative tasks, and general office support
- Support other departments with ad hoc administrative tasks to meet business needs
Qualification
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in admin support or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and basic data entry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
