As a key member of our operations team, you will balance front desk responsibilities with robust administrative tasks. You will help manage inquiries from families, process enrollments and attendance, maintain accurate records, and support classroom and facility needs. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, timely communication, and a positive experience for both parents and staff.

Responsibility
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage front desk communications with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process enrollments, attendance records, and family communications with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and send reminders to staff and families.
- Support purchasing, inventory, and procurement of classroom supplies.
- Assist with light bookkeeping, invoicing, and payments as needed by operations.
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards; support the implementation of childcare policies and procedures.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or degree is a plus.
- 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience; experience in childcare or education is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; comfortable with basic school management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, punctual, proactive, with a positive customer-service mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain professional discretion.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
