As an Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and teammates, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibility
- Greet visitors and answer front-desk inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer, screen, and direct calls and emails to appropriate teams.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meeting logistics, and prepare materials for internal meetings.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management to maintain accurate records.
- Prepare routine correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Support HR onboarding processes and assist with basic administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure a tidy, organized workspace and assist with ad-hoc office duties.
Qualification
- Diploma or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic email management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
