Join PERSOL as an Admin Assistant (Claims Support) for a 6-month contract in the heart of Raffles Place. Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate claim records and support claims processing workflows to ensure timely submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to collect necessary documents and information.
  • Manage front-desk and general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, archiving, and calendar management.
  • Update and reconcile data in the claims management system; ensure data integrity and compliance with policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of claim submissions, tracking deadlines, and following up on pending items.
  • Provide professional, courteous communication with clients, claimants, and colleagues.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold data privacy standards.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative projects to improve processes and overall efficiency.

Qualification

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred; or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of administrative support, office operations, or claims-related experience is a plus.
