Join PERSOL as an Admin Assistant (Claims Support) for a 6-month contract in the heart of Raffles Place. This role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented administrative professionals who want to gain exposure to claims operations while delivering top-quality support. Working Hours: 5-days' work week (Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm). You’ll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to accuracy, confidentiality, and timely service for clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibility
- Maintain accurate claim records and support claims processing workflows to ensure timely submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to collect necessary documents and information.
- Manage front-desk and general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, archiving, and calendar management.
- Update and reconcile data in the claims management system; ensure data integrity and compliance with policies.
- Assist in the preparation of claim submissions, tracking deadlines, and following up on pending items.
- Provide professional, courteous communication with clients, claimants, and colleagues.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold data privacy standards.
- Support ad-hoc administrative projects to improve processes and overall efficiency.
Qualification
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred; or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of administrative support, office operations, or claims-related experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data-entry skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer service mindset.
