Responsibility

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks including data entry, document organization, and filing.
  • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Coordinate scheduling and appointments for the Handyman Can Help team and manage work calendars.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as requested by management.
  • Support inventory management of office and handyman supplies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and project records in company databases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve office processes and efficiency.
  • Assist with invoice preparation, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Qualification

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with online tools.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Trustworthy with confidential and sensitive information.
  • College degree or ongoing studies in business administration or related field is an advantage.
