Join Search Personnel as an Admin Assistant (Warehouse/Inventory) in Singapore. This full-time role supports warehouse operations and administrative tasks to ensure accurate stock control and smooth daily workflows. You will be part of a collaborative logistics team near Tai Seng, with a competitive salary of SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,300 per month, plus a potential two-month bonus and benefits package.

Responsibility
- Maintain and update inventory records using Excel and warehouse management systems to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Track inbound and outbound stock, perform regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare shipping documents, labels, and filing for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and suppliers to schedule deliveries and pickings.
- Receive goods, verify quantities and conditions, and log into the system.
- Generate routine stock reports and assist with month-end stock reconciliations.
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Qualification
- 1 year or more of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or data entry.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic data management; familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork; able to work in a fast-paced environment near Tai Seng.
- Secondary education or diploma; logistics or business-related studies preferred.
- Willingness to perform warehouse-related administrative tasks and support daily operations.
