Responsibility

  • Maintain and update inventory records using Excel and warehouse management systems to ensure accurate stock levels.

  • Coordinate with warehouse staff and suppliers to schedule deliveries and pickings.
  • Receive goods, verify quantities and conditions, and log into the system.

Qualification

  • 1 year or more of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or data entry.
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic data management; familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
