In this role you will own the day-to-day management of inbound receiving, put-away, storage optimization, order picking, packing, and outbound shipping. You will design efficient warehouse layouts, optimize labor utilization, and implement standardized operating procedures to improve speed and accuracy while reducing waste. You will monitor key performance indicators such as order cycle time, picking accuracy, inventory integrity, and on-time delivery, and lead initiatives to close gaps.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners including procurement, finance, and customer service to align on goals, forecast demand, and resolve issues that impact customer satisfaction. Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing warehouse team, setting clear expectations for safety, accuracy, productivity, and customer service.
- Oversee inbound receiving, put-away, storage optimization, order picking, packing, and outbound shipping to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment.
- Develop and monitor KPIs such as order cycle time, picking accuracy, inventory accuracy, shrinkage, and on-time delivery, driving continuous improvement.
- Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counting, root-cause analysis, and process improvements to minimize stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with SCommerce supply chain, procurement, and vendor partners to optimize layouts, labor utilization, and transportation planning.
- Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance, conduct regular audits, and promote a balanced, compliant workflow.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of warehouse staff, ensuring succession planning and a positive team culture.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, operations, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations or logistics management experience in a fast-paced environment; e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and data analytics tools; basic SQL or Excel analytics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities; fluent in English; ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset; ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and process improvement; forklift certification or similar is a plus.
