Join Shopee's Control Tower as a Control Tower Analytics Executive for SCommerce in Singapore. This role blends operational data with financial insights to monitor warehouse resource performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements across the fulfillment lifecycle. You will transform complex data into clear, actionable guidance that informs staffing, space, equipment, and process decisions, enabling faster, more reliable order processing and cost optimization.
As a hands-on analytics professional, you will collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and Finance to deliver data-driven recommendations that maximize throughput, improve inventory accuracy, and enhance service levels. Your work will empower leadership with dashboards, KPI tracking, and scenario analyses that translate into measurable business impact in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable analytics, maintaining data quality, and driving governance across planning and execution systems. You will contribute to Shopee's SCommerce excellence by supporting forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation to sustain high performance during peak periods and everyday operations alike.
Responsibility
- Monitor warehouse performance using operational and financial data to identify bottlenecks, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs (throughput, on-time fulfillment, inventory turns, resource utilization) to enable data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Fulfillment teams to drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.
- Perform root-cause analysis of bottlenecks, implement data-driven action plans, and track outcomes against targets.
- Assist with demand forecasting and capacity planning to optimize labor, space, and equipment for current and peak periods.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across planning and operational systems; build scalable data models.
- Deliver management-ready reports for leadership reviews and cross-functional stakeholders; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Operations Research, Mathematics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, warehouse operations, or logistics in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong SQL skills; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Advanced Excel and data modeling skills; ability to translate data into clear narratives.
- Experience with ERP and WMS systems; familiarity with order management, inventory, and shipping processes.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and strong communication; capable of stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; proactive and results-driven.
- Nice-to-have: knowledge of Python or R; forecasting, capacity planning, or optimization experience.
