Join Shopee's Operations teams as the Warehouse Functional Lead for SCommerce, overseeing high-volume fulfillment operations in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You will guide end-to-end warehouse processes from receiving to shipping, ensuring accuracy, speed, and exceptional service for millions of customers across Southeast Asia and beyond. This role is a hands-on leadership position focused on operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement in Singapore's vibrant logistics market. You will set the standard for performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction, partnering with analytics to drive data-driven decisions.

As a functional lead, you will partner with Logistics, Inventory, and Customer Service to optimize capacity planning, forecasting, and cross-functional workflows. You will own the rollout of standardized operating procedures, pick/pack/ship flow, quality checks, and returns handling. In addition, you will champion digitization through WMS enhancements, automation pilots, and real-time dashboards to monitor OTIF, cycle time, and inventory accuracy. You will manage and develop a high-performing warehouse team, drive workforce planning, training, coaching, and a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Responsibility

  • Lead daily warehouse operations for SCommerce fulfillment, ensuring on-time, accurate, and high-throughput order processing.
  • Optimize receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping processes; implement SOPs and standard work.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics (OTIF, order accuracy, cycle time, fill rate, inventory accuracy); drive data-driven actions.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing warehouse team; workforce planning, training, coaching, and safety culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Inventory, Customer Service, IT) to align on capacity, inventory control, and customer experience.
  • Lead WMS and automation initiatives; participate in system enhancements, data analytics, and process optimization.
  • Ensure warehouse safety, 5S, risk management, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on warehouse/fulfillment operations leadership in e-commerce or logistics.
  • Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, inventory control, and data analytics.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills; excellent communication and coaching abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma or other CI methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and translate insights into actions; proficient in Excel or similar tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and 5S; committed to a safe, compliant workplace.
