Responsibility
- Monitor and coordinate logistics activities and administrative tasks within the Control Tower department.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry, document management, and reporting related to logistics operations.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
- Support the scheduling, tracking, and dispatch of shipments to meet client requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records of orders, shipments, and inventory using company systems.
- Assist in preparing monthly and ad hoc reports for management.
- Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to the Control Tower team as needed.
Qualification
- Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK); a bachelor’s degree in administration or logistics is a plus.
- Prior experience in an administrative or logistics support role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be placed in Waru, Jawa Timur.
