In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, handling client bookings, overseeing HR functions, and coordinating social events. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for tennis.
Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day operations of the club
- Coordinate and schedule client bookings
- Handle HR-related tasks such as payroll and employee records
- Organize and plan social events for club members
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Qualification
- Prior experience in administration or customer service roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR functions
