In this full-time role, you will be the backbone of our guest-facing and back-office operations, ensuring smooth daily service and accurate record-keeping for a fast-paced restaurant environment in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta.

As an Admin Customer, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You will handle incoming inquiries, process orders and reservations, maintain customer records, and support billing and reporting processes. This role offers a clear path to develop practical administration and customer service skills while contributing to a growing brand known for fresh, high-quality meals.

Responsibility

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with courtesy and accuracy
  • Process orders, reservations, and returns accurately in the POS and CRM systems
  • Maintain and update customer records, order histories, and feedback in the database
  • Coordinate with kitchen and catering teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment
  • Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and basic financial reconciliation
  • Support inventory and supplier coordination for catering events and promotions
  • Prepare routine reports for management and monitor service quality to improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and privacy regulations in all admin tasks

Qualification

  • Diploma or degree in administration, business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in admin or customer service roles
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English
  • Strong organization and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
