Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $2,700 – $3,000 per month
  • Variable Bonus (VB) and Additional Wage Supplement (AWS)
  • Company-provided transport from Boon Lay MRT to Gul Way office
  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm (Enjoy your weekends!)

As an Admin Executive, you will play a key role overseeing daily administrative operations, supporting the management team, and contributing to a harmonious and efficient work environment. Experience a supportive culture and opportunities to learn and grow.

Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain office administrative functions, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Assist with daily office operations ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and related documents.
  • Support HR and payroll functions by maintaining staff records and attendance tracking.
  • Oversee inventory and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare regular administrative reports and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualification

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in office administration or executive support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and reliable team player with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Prior experience in logistics or industrial sector advantageous.
