Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, calendar management, and document control in both English and Indonesian.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering a professional experience and bilingual communication.
- Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure data integrity across internal databases.
- Prepare routine reports, correspondence, and presentations in English, ensuring clarity and professional tone.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and scheduling to optimize team productivity.
- Assist procurement activities, vendor communication, and invoice processing to support operations.
- Support customer service workflows, respond to inquiries, and help resolve issues promptly.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in administration, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience in a corporate environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language skills considered a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a professional demeanor and proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team; high level of integrity and discretion with confidential information.
