Responsibility
- Answer and direct incoming calls, manage emails, and greet visitors professionally at the front desk
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Perform data entry, document control, and basic records management with accuracy
- Coordinate scheduling: arrange meetings, manage calendars, book rooms, and coordinate travel as needed
- Prepare standard documents, reports, and correspondence; monitor deadlines and follow-ups
- Assist HR onboarding, coordinate with vendors, and support procurement processes
- Provide general administrative support to multiple departments and assist with ad-hoc tasks
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of office administration or a similar role; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, reliability, and proactive problem-solving mindset
