Responsibility

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, manage emails, and greet visitors professionally at the front desk
  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform data entry, document control, and basic records management with accuracy
  • Coordinate scheduling: arrange meetings, manage calendars, book rooms, and coordinate travel as needed
  • Prepare standard documents, reports, and correspondence; monitor deadlines and follow-ups
  • Assist HR onboarding, coordinate with vendors, and support procurement processes
  • Provide general administrative support to multiple departments and assist with ad-hoc tasks

Qualification

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of office administration or a similar role; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office software
