Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and front-desk support
- Handle phone, email, and visitor communications with professionalism and responsiveness
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems; ensure data consistency and confidentiality
- Assist with data entry, basic bookkeeping tasks, invoice processing, and vendor coordination
- Prepare basic reports, assist with onboarding, and support cross-functional project coordination
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members as needed
- Monitor office supplies and equipment, assist with procurement and inventory control
- Uphold company policies, data protection standards, and a positive, service-oriented work environment
Qualification
- 1-2 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines effectively
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
- High school diploma required; associate degree or relevant coursework preferred
