Responsibility
- Manage and organize F&B administrative tasks
- Assist in coordinating events and meetings
- Handle correspondence and communication with suppliers
- Assist in managing inventory and stock control
- Support the team with general administrative duties
Qualification
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
