Responsibility
- Greet visitors and answer or route phone calls, acting as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in company databases.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel itineraries for team members.
- Prepare, file, and distribute routine documents, reports, invoices, and other administrative materials.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement with approved vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Support cross-functional teams including production, sales, and logistics with daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems and handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualification
- 1+ year of administrative or office support experience preferred; entry level candidates considered.
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in business administration or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a professional demeanor.
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
