As an Affiliate Specialist, you will own the end-to-end affiliate lifecycle—from partner recruitment and onboarding to ongoing optimization and payout administration. You will partner with marketing, creative, and product teams to develop compelling offers and promotional assets, ensuring brand consistency and compliance across all affiliate activities. You will analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement testing strategies to improve ROI and reduce cost-per-acquisition. A strong emphasis on relationship management and communication will help you win, retain, and inspire top-performing affiliates.
Key responsibilities include building a pipeline of strategic affiliates, managing tracking and attribution, negotiating commissions, and maintaining accurate reporting for stakeholders. You will also monitor fraud prevention measures, ensure timely payments, and stay current with industry trends and best practices to keep Private Advertiser ahead of the competition.
Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, excellent data literacy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You should be fluent in Indonesian and comfortable communicating in English, with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving. Responsibility
- Identify and recruit strategic affiliate partners across relevant verticals to expand reach
- Onboard new affiliates, set up tracking, and establish performance expectations
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to meet ROI targets
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics (CPL, CPA, LTV) and provide regular reporting
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to develop compelling offers and assets
- Ensure policy compliance, accurate tracking, and fraud prevention across all affiliates
- Negotiate commissions and promotional placements with partners
- Utilize analytics tools to optimize attribution and growth
Qualification
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing or partner management in ecommerce or digital media
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns
- Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and payout workflows
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Indonesian and English
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Excel/Sheets, data visualization, and basic BI tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams
- Experience with budget management and ROI-focused decision making
