We are seeking a proactive, data-driven Growth Manager to expand our agribusiness footprint across markets, forge strategic partnerships, and lead cross-functional initiatives that drive revenue and impact.
In this role, you will partner with product, sales, and farm operations to design scalable go-to-market programs, optimize channel strategies, and deliver measurable outcomes for growers and distributors.

Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels to grow revenue in North America and key export markets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and product positioning for agritech solutions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, sales, and operations to ensure scalable delivery to growers and distributors.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product and sales strategies.
- Build and manage a high-performance partner ecosystem, including distributors, co-ops, and agricultural service providers.
- Forecast, track, and report pipeline, metrics, and ROI of growth initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements to elevate brand and drive demand.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years in agribusiness, agriculture tech, or farm supply sales with a track record of revenue growth.
- Experience with market research, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning.
- Strong network in farming communities, distributors, co-ops, or agribusiness associations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally as needed.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
