We are seeking a Senior Agribusiness Operations Manager to lead our end-to-end operations and drive scalable growth.
In this role, you will align production, procurement, logistics, and sales to deliver exceptional yield, quality, and margin while upholding our commitments to sustainability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end agribusiness operations across production, procurement, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless flow from field to fork.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for yield, cost per unit, on-time delivery, and quality, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliant, high-quality inputs and services.
- Lead cross-functional teams across farming operations, processing, quality assurance, and distribution; foster a culture of accountability and safety.
- Implement ERP and digital tools to optimize inventory, traceability, and demand planning.
- Coordinate with R&D and product teams to scale new varieties and processes, balancing risk and speed-to-market.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (food safety, environmental, labor) and maintain certifications.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, agribusiness, supply chain, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years in agribusiness operations, supply chain, or farm-to-fork logistics; minimum 2 years in leadership role.
- Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite) and data analytics to drive performance.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
- Solid understanding of applicable food safety, environmental, and labor regulations.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed and adapt to seasonal demand cycles.
