Responsibility
- Lead and optimize end-to-end operations from procurement to delivery, ensuring on-time, in-full product availability.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for yield, cost per unit, waste reduction, and customer fulfillment.
- Collaborate with growers, processors, and logistics partners to align production plans with market demand.
- Oversee compliance with FSMA, environmental standards, and safety protocols across facilities.
- Manage cross-functional teams in procurement, supply planning, quality assurance, and finance.
- Implement data-driven decision making using ERP and analytics tools to improve margins and predictability.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, traceability, and supplier risk assessments across the value chain.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or MS a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in agribusiness, food supply chain, or farm-to-fork operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and ERP systems; experience with SAP or Oracle a plus.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of FSMA compliance, food safety standards, and quality management systems.
- Willingness to travel regionally (approximately 10-20%) and relocate to Salinas, CA if needed.
