Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple farm and supply chain locations.
- Implement best practices for crop production, storage, and logistics.
- Coordinate operational planning, budgeting, and workforce management.
- Analyze operational performance and identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with agronomists, vendors, and distribution partners.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal agricultural regulations.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and operational efficiency metrics.
- Champion sustainability and safety initiatives throughout the organization.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ yearsâ experience in farm operations, agricultural management, or similar roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of agricultural supply chain processes.
- Proficiency with farm management and ERP software.
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements.
- Commitment to sustainable agricultural practices.
