We are seeking an experienced Agribusiness Operations Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain, forecasting, and operational excellence for our crop portfolio. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and execution for all crops in the region, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain robust forecasting models for demand, production, and inventory using ERP/BI tools.
- Collaborate with growers, co-packers, and distributors to optimize harvest schedules, transportation, and storage.
- Monitor KPI dashboards, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, traceability, and environmental regulations.
- Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement strategies to maximize ROI.
- Lead cross-functional teams across operations, quality, and sustainability programs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of operations or supply chain management experience in the agribusiness or agriculture sector.
- Strong forecasting, inventory management, and data analytics skills; proficiency in ERP/BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI).
- Demonstrated project management and leadership capabilities with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance (food safety, traceability, environmental) and sustainability practices.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed (20-30%).
