Join GreenVale AgriTech, a leading innovator in sustainable agribusiness solutions. We are seeking a results driven Agribusiness Operations Manager to optimize end to end operations across our supply chain from field to fork. This role combines strategic leadership with hands on execution to drive profitability, quality and sustainability in a dynamic agribusiness environment.
As the Operations Manager you will partner with growers, processors and customers to streamline processes, reduce costs and scale production responsibly. You will translate market insights into actionable operations initiatives supported by data analytics and modern agribusiness technologies.
Responsibility
- Lead end to end supply chain optimization from sourcing to delivery, ensuring quality and traceability.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement programs.
- Collaborate with growers, processors, and distributors to align production plans with market demand.
- Implement data driven decision making using ERP, analytics, and forecasting tools.
- Oversee compliance with food safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Drive sustainability initiatives reducing waste and water use across operations.
- Lead cross functional teams across procurement, logistics, and production to meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in agribusiness operations or supply chain management
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with ERP systems (eg SAP or Oracle)
- Proven project management experience and ability to lead cross functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of food safety, quality assurance and environmental regulations
- Willingness to travel as needed to work with growers and partners
