Skyline Aviation Group is seeking a skilled Airline Pilot to join our elite flight operations team in Chicago, IL. We operate a modern fleet, prioritize safety, and invest in pilot development.

Responsibility
- Conduct thorough pre-flight planning including flight planning, weather analysis, fuel calculations, and weight and balance.
- Safely operate aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company SOPs from taxi to landing.
- Monitor air traffic control instructions, weather conditions, systems, and navigation to ensure a safe flight.
- Manage in-flight duties and cockpit workload with clear communication and CRM.
- Complete accurate flight logs, documentation, and incident/defect reporting.
- Participate in safety programs, recurrent training, and ongoing currency maintenance.
- Collaborate with dispatch and maintenance teams and support mentoring of junior pilots.
Qualification
- ATP certificate or equivalent; 3,000+ total flight hours with a minimum 1,000 hours as PIC.
- Valid FAA first class medical certificate and current IFR rating.
- Current type ratings on or willingness to obtain on the current fleet within 12 months.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and crew resource management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to safety and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; willingness to relocate to Chicago area.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to meet airline industry standards.
