Responsibility
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort during all flight phases
- Deliver exceptional in flight service including meals and beverages
- Conduct pre flight checks, safety briefings, and demonstrate safety equipment use
- Assist passengers with special needs and respond to in flight requests
- Manage cabin environment to maintain cleanliness and order
- Respond to onboard medical situations and coordinate with crew
- Communicate effectively with passengers and team to resolve issues
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in cabin crew or hospitality
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
- Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 15 kg, and work flexible hours
- Certification in first aid/CPR preferred
- Eligibility to work in Singapore and willingness to travel internationally
