Responsibility
- Provide exemplary customer service and hospitality to all passengers on board
- Demonstrate safety procedures and perform pre flight checks
- Assist passengers with special needs and ensure comfort during flight
- Collaborate with pilots and ground staff to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver in flight meals and beverage service with attention to dietary requirements
- Respond to medical or security incidents following established protocols
- Uphold grooming standards and ensure the cabin is clean and secure
- Collect feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience in cabin crew or hospitality roles
- Fluent in English; another language relevant to route network is a plus
- Hold a valid cabin crew attestation and right to work in Singapore
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and manage physical requirements of the role
- Strong safety awareness and knowledge of basic first aid or CPR
- High level of personal presentation and professional grooming
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends and public holidays
