Skyline Aviation Group is seeking a seasoned Pilot in Command to join our high-performance charter operations based in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time role reports to the Chief Pilot and offers a path to leadership within a safety-first culture.
As Senior Pilot, you will be responsible for leading flight operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional safety and service on domestic and international itineraries.

Responsibility
- Operate as Pilot in Command for assigned flights in accordance with company SOPs and FAA regulations.
- Lead preflight planning, weather analysis, fuel planning, and performance calculations.
- Ensure compliance with flight operations manual, MEL, and company safety policies.
- Mentor and supervise First Officers and copilots; conduct debriefs and feedback.
- Coordinate with dispatch, ATC, and maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Participate in safety programs, emergency drills, and CRM initiatives.
- Maintain and manage flight logs, endorsements, and currency requirements.
- Represent the company professionally with clients and regulatory authorities.
Qualification
- ATP or equivalent airline transport certification; current in type rating preferred.
- Minimum 4,000 total flight hours with at least 1,500 PIC hours in multi-engine aircraft.
- Current FAA first-class medical certificate and IFR proficiency.
- Proven experience in jet and charter operations; proficient in modern avionics and autopilot systems.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills; fluent English.
- Ability to work flexible rosters, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certificate of proficiency in Crew Resource Management and Safety Management Systems.
- Willingness to participate in continuous training and safety initiatives.
