Responsibility
- Lead flight deck operations as Pilot-in-Command on scheduled and charter routes, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Execute thorough pre-flight planning, including weather assessment, MEL checks, fuel calculations, and risk analysis.
- Maintain authoritative decision-making and CRM with cabin crew and air traffic control to optimize operations.
- Monitor flight progress, manage in-flight contingencies, and implement standard operating procedures across all flight phases.
- Ensure accurate logbook entries, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting of any anomalies or safety concerns.
- Mentor junior pilots and contribute to ongoing training, SOP development, and safety initiatives.
- Represent the airline professionally with customers, regulators, and partners during all interactions.
Qualification
- Airline Transport Pilot ATP certificate or equivalent; 2,000+ hours PIC strongly preferred
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate and valid U.S. pilot license; multi-engine jet type rating preferred
- Recent, verifiable flight experience in multi-engine jet aircraft (within the last 12–24 months)
- Instrument Rating (IR) and Multi-Engine rating with proficient use of modern avionics
- Strong CRM, leadership, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in aviation or related field preferred; foreign equivalents considered
- Willingness to travel internationally and work a rotating schedule; fully compliant with regulatory requirements
